What are irregularities?
Situations that may represent acts of non-compliance, committed by companies or employees of any company within the SIBS Group, with the standards of conduct established in the SIBS Group Code of Ethics and Conduct.
How can I report an irregularity?
SIBS provides various channels for reporting irregularities. Reports can be made by any entity or person who interacts with the SIBS Group, in accordance with the principles of good faith, reasonableness, and prudence. SIBS guarantees the anonymity of whistleblowers whenever requested, as well as the confidentiality of the identity of third parties mentioned in the report.

Handling and Follow-Up of Reports
If you choose not to remain anonymous or if you provide contact information, the Compliance Department will send an acknowledgment of receipt to the whistleblower within seven days from the date the report is received. Within three months, the department will communicate the planned or adopted measures to follow up on the report, along with the respective justification.
